ATM Oil Co, Inc. contracts with companies who generate used oil. We are responsible for the pick up and transport of used oil to our on-site storage facility.
Our used oil operations meet the definition of a "processor" of used oil. As such the applicable requirements of APC&E Regulations 23, Section 279, Standards for the Management of Used Oil are met.
