Jim's Tank Service, LLC has taken care of your industrial tank cleaning, spill response, and oil needs for 39 years. We now offer you certified training in the area of hazardous materials management.



DOT HM 181

Do you receive hazard materials including RCRA waste? Do you sign manifests? If so, DOT regulation 49 CFR 172.700 requires training and testing every 3 years for employees involved in those activites.

JTS Offering

The course material is offered in a 4 hour block including testing. Wallet card and certificate are issued on completion. The course is customized to fit your specific DOT Haz Mat operation.





8 Hour Emergency Response Refresher

If you have a hazardous material emergency response team, are a small or large quanity hazardous waste generator or you have individuals who have currently 40 hours of HAZWOPER training, then annual refresher training is required by OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120

JTS Offering

The course is a combination of lectures and hands on exercises centered around your specific emergency response scenarios.





RCRA Hazardous Waste Annual Refresher

Are you a large quantity generator of hazardous waste? Then 40 CFR 262.30 specifies initial and annual refresher training requirements. In addition, small quanity generators need to have some training in the area of hazardous waste management.


JTS Offering

The course is offered in a four hour block and is designed to cover general RCRA requirements and your specific hazardous waste needs. Emphasis is placed on proper identification of your specific waste streams.






Frank Sizemore

Frank Sizemore is the Environmental Assurance Manager for Jim's Tank Service, LLC. He is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager with over 25 years of experience in applying environmental health and safety requirements in the industrial area. He has experience in the chemical manufacturing, appliance manufacturing, aerospace, and government owned contractor operated(GOCO) facilities.
